Family & Children’s Services (FCS) of Tulsa and Hope Community Services (Hope) of Oklahoma City today announced the completion of their merger, first introduced through a Letter of Intent (LOI) on January 14, 2026. The partnership brings together two of Oklahoma’s most trusted behavioral health providers, marking a significant milestone in expanding access to care and strengthening services for communities across the state.
The merger follows a six-month due diligence process, during which both organizations worked closely with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) and the Attorney General’s office to ensure full regulatory compliance. The initial announcement was met with strong support from civic leaders in both Tulsa and Oklahoma City, reflecting broad recognition of the growing demand for mental health and substance use services.
The original decision to merge was grounded in shared values, aligned service philosophies and a longstanding commitment to community-based care. Leaders from both organizations emphasized that these principles would continue to guide the combined organization as it moves forward.
