Community Living Programs provide a broad range of housing alternatives allowing the client to access the level of support necessary to live successfully in the community.

 

Therapeutic Services include individual and group psychotherapy, family therapy and marital counseling.

 

Standers Transitional Living program provides a safe physical and emotional environment in which clients can learn and practice independent living skills in order to successfully live in the community. Clients learn by participating in the day to day functioning of the residence. Staff are on site 24/7.

Supportive Housing provides the financial support, emotional support and skills training for clients who have historically had difficulty maintaining community residence.

Shelter+ Care provides rental assistance, emotional support and skills training for clients who are able to live independently with little or no staff intervention.

Permanent Housing provides rental assistance, emotional support and skills training for clients requiring little or no staff intervention.

 

Family Self Sufficiency Program provides an integrated treatment approach in order to enhance family self sufficiency with a focus on the prevention of homelessness. The program will assist the family in establishing residential stability, increase economic self sufficiency and increase independent living.

 

Pre-Vocational Services provide training and development of basic skills needed to obtain and maintain employment. These services are available through the Powerhouse PSR program.

 

Medication Management services provide assessment, evaluation and prescription of medication for psychiatric disorders. These services are provided by staff physician/psychiatrist.

 

Crisis Intervention/Emergency services are designed to resolve acute emotional dysfunction by providing intervention, resolution and stabilization functions of the individual. On call emergency response available 24/7.

 

Aging Services program provides services developed to address the special needs experienced by adult consumers over age 59.
