Job Description: Under immediate to general supervision, the Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) of the Children and Youth Program provides peer support services; serves as an advocate; provides information and peer support for consumers. The RSS performs a wide range of tasks to assist consumers in regaining control of their lives and recovery processes. The RSS will possess the skills to maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics and interactions with all ODMHSAS stakeholders.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or GED and minimum one year participation in local or national consumer advocacy or knowledge in the area of mental health recovery.

Job Description: Performs professional primary care nursing services in the assessment, evaluation, and management of care and medications for clients. The Health Home Program Healthy Choices at HOPE focuses on providing integrated primary care and mental health/substance use services and supports within the community. The client will receive a supported team approach to care coordination in providing the client with support and resources needed to maintain outpatient recovery.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE : Oklahoma licensed LPN or RN with experience in community based mental health.
